Tile Masters did a wonderful job rebuilding our shower. They demoed the old shower, installed a new Schluter base, and installed the tile we had selected (mix of marble and porcelain). They even did a little small plumbing work (moved the shower head) and drywall repair after completing the job. Everything stayed within budget, despite a few design changes and "complexities". They even did a great job protecting our room from debris and cleaning up after the job. I can't speak highly enough of their professionalism, transparency, and quality.

Tom of Tile Masters (TKL Home Improvement) did a fantastic job remodeling our bathroom. He tiled the bathtub area with subway tile and laid retro floor tile. He also put up drywall and painted the walls. Everything was done to perfection with true European craftsmanship. Our bathroom looks like something you would see in a magazine. His price was very reasonable for the work he did. We also appreciated how fast he completed the job. We highly recommend Tom and can't wait for him to do more work in our home. T and M Brennan

Tom did a phenomenal job on both of our bathrooms! We had very unique and intricate tile requirements and Tom completely knocked it out of the park. Highly recommend Tom on any and all tile projects.

Thomas from Tile Masters did a fantastic job installing our new, vinyl kitchen floors! It was not a big job and a the first couple places I called wouldn’t even give me an estimate. He was in and out in a day and a half and we are so happy with the result. Definitely going to call him back when it’s time to do the backsplash. Total pro, fair price, highly recommend.

Tom did an amazing job on my kitchen backsplash. He reached out to me the same day and came to give me an estimate. I knew Tom was the perfect fit when he suggested removing the granite along my walls and another little piece of wood below my window to modernize my kitchen. Tom measured the space and sent me out to get the perfect amount of tile to complete the job. He was very easy to work and communicate with. I will definitely be using him for my next tile project!

Tom did my backsplash, and I am so happy with the results. I had a bad experience with another company when I did my bathroom work, so I want to make sure I found the right person. Tom eased my anxiety about the project and assured me he would promptly finish the job. He cleaned up after himself, which was appreciated because that left me with minimal post-construction cleaning. He did exactly what I asked for, and I am so excited! His prices are reasonable, and I’ve learned paying for quality and peace of mind is better. Thank you again, Tom!

I have worked with Tom and Tile Masters since 2012 on several residential projects and I can not more highly recommend their work. Tom is a true professional - meticulous in planning/design and keeping me updated throughout the projects. The finished product is always of the highest quality and has held up beautifully over the years. Tom is a pleasure to work with and is my first and hopefully only call when I need tile for my next project. You will be very happy with the results so get on his calendar .

We hired Tom to do two different jobs in our house. The first involved the removal of old tile in a second floor shower that also required removal of the concrete board underneath. This was then replaced with new concrete board and tile. Tom gave us a very fair price and did a great job in just a few days. We then hired him to help fix the shower in our master bath as the floor was never pitched and water pooled on the sides. He installed new tile directly over the old that is now pitched and drains properly. Both jobs came out great. All in the all, Tom does great work, is very friendly and responsive, and he was less expensive than other estimates we received. Would definitely use again!

We originally hired Tom to install our brick kitchen backsplash. We loved his work so much we asked him what else he could do! He also took down cabinets and created open shelving with the same brick on the wall. He was very communicative and honored the pricing agreed upon. After working with many terrible contractors, Tom was a breath of fresh air!
